1. Browse through the Workshops, Programs or Private Events portions of this site and select individual workshop(s) of interest.

You will find detailed information on the topic, the dates and times that workshop(s) are being offered. Additionally, you will be able to view information on the background experience and expertise of your instructor.

2. Register for the workshop.

Once you have confirmed the workshop(s) you’re interested in, click on "Register This Workshop".

3. Complete the registration.

You may either pay on-line via credit card or request that a V-Workshops^TM representative call you for payment information. Credit card payments will be processed immediately to secure your spot for the workshop.

If you haven't created a V-Workshops^TM account, complete the registration process by creating a profile of yourself including a username and password.

4. Your registration will be confirmed.

You will receive an email confirming that you are registered in a workshop with the day, date and time it is being presented. This email will also include instructions on how to enter the workshop session.

If, for any reason, you later find yourself unable to take the workshop, let us know, and we'll offer you a credit or the opportunity to reschedule

Several days before your workshop, you'll receive via email the presentation's supporting material and detailed instructions on how to enter the classroom for your scheduled workshop.

5. Enter Classroom.

1. On the day of the workshop, go to www.v-workshops.com and Log In using the same username and password that accesses your V-Workshops^TM account. Have handy the phone number you were given in the email sent to you. You will need to have a computer with a Java enabled web browser (such as the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape ) and a speaker phone near your computer.

2. Go to "Enter Classroom".

3. Select the workshop in which you are registered.

4. Your browser will be automatically tested for compatibility. You will enter the classroom once the browser check is completed.

5. You will be able to converse with the instructor via two methods: online chat box or by touching the number 1 on your telephone keypad, which will place you in a question queue. Please alert us of any technical difficulties by touching *0 on your telephone keypad and advising the operator that you are experiencing technical problems.
