All information furnished by a Web Site User to V-Workshops^TM is held by us in confidence consistent with V-Workshops^TM' Terms of Use.

While V-Workshops^TM collects registration information, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our users. V-Workshops^TM agrees that no information specifically identified to registered users of the Web Site will be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other users, with the following exceptions:

Information that the terms of an administrative order, court order, or subpoena require us to disclose, that we in good faith determine is legally required to be revealed, or that law enforcement authorities request us to disclose in connection with their investigations;
Information revealed during the course of our enforcement of the Terms of Use;
Information about a User used by V-Workshops^TM in the course of dealings with that user outside the Web Site (i.e., customer service, etc.) including phone, letter, and in person;
Information that we in good faith determine must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive.
Information shared with the instructor of any workshop the Web Site user attends.

Security

This Web Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These include password encryption, and restricted server access. Such measures may not prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information in all cases. We urge all users to exercise caution when using the Web Site and workshops.

The Web Site uses cookies to deliver our services.
