How do I register?

ONLINE REGISTRATION:
To register online click on the check box next to the title(s) of the teleconference(s) desired on the teleconference listing page and click Submit. To complete your registration you will need to either login, or if you are a first-time user you will need to create a profile.
TELEPHONE REGISTRATION:
To register by phone, dial 1-800-287-9849 ext 3494. Registration will be confirmed by email only. To ensure confirmation, please provide your primary email address.
Can I register for more than one teleconference?
Yes, by using the checkboxes beside the title of each teleconference on the Teleconference page, you can select multiple items and then click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

When you register you will be provided with an optional PIN number. To directly enter the teleconference you can enter your PIN number. If you do not want to use your PIN number you may elect to have an operator direct you into the call. It is recommended that you do use a regular phone and not a cell phone for the teleconference.
How is the teleconference conducted?
Each learning program features a one-hour lecture over the telephone by an industry leader in behavioral health and a 15-minute period of Q&A. It is important that you obtain the supporting course materials prior to the day of the scheduled teleconference as the leader will reference the materials during the lecture.
Where do I find the materials for the conference?
All the presentation materials and continuing education forms are available for free download. Click here to obtain materials. Materials are organized by teleconference title. The materials are provided in PDF format. To view these files, you must have Adobe Acrobat on your computer. If you do not have this program, you may download it for free. Documents will open in a new window. You may also save them to your desktop by right-clicking on the document name and selecting "Save Target As." Please note that in order to continue to offer these free educational programs, UBH is unable to mail out or fax any materials or forms.

I missed a teleconference. Are there other options to participate?
Yes. We offer an encore telephone playback of each conference, which can be accessed 48 hours after each live teleconference and are available 24/7 for a two-week period. Additionally, a number of these learning programs are offered as free home-study courses with CE credit available. The programs are offered via CD-ROM or as fully web-based learning courses on www.ubhonline.com or click here to view the available programs.
Will I receive Continuing Education credit for listening to a playback?
Yes, if you participate in an encore playback you can received continuing education credit. Simply call 1-800-207-7077 and enter the access code of the conference you wish to listen to. Listen to the presentation over the phone. Submit the continuing education forms by either downloading and mailing, or you can submit them online.

I've forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?
