Course Description:

RCA for Principal Investigators - Take Control of the Chaos

A presentation for LEADERS of investigations - both experienced and novice, Mr. Nelms’ leads a discussion of the 8 facets of an RCA he feels critical to its success. Mr. Nelms encourages dialogue amongst all participants so that we can all learn from one another as these 8 facets are discussed. Underlying all the discussions is the need to TAKE CONTROL, and HAVE A PLAN.

Mr. Nelms’ approaches have been tested both in actual investigations as well as in training classes since 1974.
